Turnaround times

 

My turnaround times for completion of audio typing correspondence and reports are as follows:-

 

• Files uploaded before 10am are completed by 5pm
• Files uploaded before 5pm are completed by 10am the following day
• Files uploaded after 5pm are completed by 1pm the following day
• Urgent by return files - times the length of the file by 4 for the turnaround time (extra charge apply)

 

For all other duties, Iwill liaise with you on your deadlines and when you would like the work back with you. Most jobs are completed within 24 hours but there are exceptions to this such as data entry and lengthy copy typing jobs.

 

Secretarial duties such as travel organisation and diary management are dealt with the same day and a progress report given at the end of the day.

 

I would expect to liaise with you as would an in-house secretary or typist in an office setting. Communication is key!
