WJS Typing Services provides a pick-up and drop-off service for local clients.

 

I have a daily pickup and drop off schedule, usually in the morning and late afternoon.

 

Work is either emailed back to you so that you can print out on to your headed paper.

 

Or we can print out on to your headed paper ready to be checked and signed when we drop-off your work in the afternoon.

 

I also work with digital dictation as well as the standard mini and micro tapes.

 

Digital dictation is completed the same day and mini or micro dictation is completed within 24 hours.

 

You also have the option of prioritising certain items above others so that those are dealt with first.

 

At WJS Typing Services, I know how important it is to get letters and reports out in a timely fashion and so I will work closely with you to achieve this in the best way that suits both you and our workload.

 

 

Confidentiality and privacy

 

All materials sent to WJS Typing Services will be kept private and confidential. All storage, servers, web services and downloads are securely encrypted.

 

I am, however, happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement or provide you with a signed confidentiality statement, as you deem appropriate.

 

Document amendments

 

WJS Typing Services provides a word processing service where I would be happy to make any amendments to finalise a piece of work.

 

Documents for amendment can be faxed to my office on 0709 386 8395.

 

Please note that any mistakes on the part of WJS Typing Services are amended free of charge. However, any additions and further amendments are charged on an hourly rate, charged in 15minute increments.  Please see our pricing page.

 

Sending your work to WJS

 

With the Internet and advanced communication networks, I can take advantage of this new way of working and can receive your materials in the following ways:-

 

  • Send via email
  • Upload through our web service
  • Using Dropbox (a third party file sharing service) (http://www.dropbox.com)
  • Access to your FTP server
  • Via facsimile
  • If local to Sutton, Surrey, pickup and drop off service provided
  • Royal Mail

 

Templates

 

I can work with your letter and report templates or can create these for you if you do not already have these in place.

WJS Typing Services is a small UK based dictation service provider and because I am an independent contractor, I can give that personal touch often missing with larger dictation providers.
