Dictation prices (one person dictating) - an affordable solution for even the smallest company

 

The rate for dictation of an audio file is £1 per audio minute - one rate for all your correspondence and reports.

 

Urgent by return files carry just a 5p addition per audio minute.

 

Copy typing, amendments to documents and other secretarial duties are charged at £20 per hour.

 

Data inputting is charged at £15 per hour.

 

Please note this rate is for one person dictating and does not encompass transcription of interviews or multiple voice files. If you require transcription of multiple voice recordings, the prices are detailed below:-

One to one interviews

Rates starting from £1.25 per audio minute for a turnaround of over 60 hours (i.e. 2.5 working days)

 

Focus groups

£1.75 per audio minute - up to 8 people for a turnaround of over 60 hours (i.e. 2.5 working days)

 

12 - 24 hour turnaround - add 60p per audio minute

 

24 - 48 hour turnaround - add 40p per audio minute

 

48 - 60 hour turnaround - add 20p per audio minute

 

Extra persons above 8 people add 5p per audio minute per person

 

Presentations/conferences/speeches

£1.15 per audio minute - turnaround will depend on the length of the conference and urgency required by the client
