Confidentiality

 

We assume that all materials sent to WJS Typing Services are confidential.

 

We will:

• not at any time disclose to any third party any information that is identified as confidential by the Client.
• protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential.

 

We are willing to sign any confidentiality agreement you may wish to present to us.

 

WJS Typing Services are committed to keeping all work undertaken confidential.  The steps we take to make sure this remains so are as follows:-

 

• Secure On-Site Server:  All work is kept on an in-house server.  Security measures are in place to make sure that outside access is not possible and therefore only those in the office have access to files held.

• Secure File Transfer:   With a paid solution with Yousendit.com, all files are transferred securely and deleted once the process is complete.

• Agreements:  All staff have a signed non-disclosure agreement that covers all material.
