Send your correspondence
and reports taped on to a dictaphone (digital or analogue) and and we
will type out using your standard company document layout for correspondence
and reports.
We can take digital
dictation files saved in any format (mp3, mpeg, wav etc.) although
our preference would be dss (Digital Speech Standard) as these can
be emailed easily.
Outsourcing your
dictation typing is far simpler than you think:

all we need is the
dictation file (sent either via email or uploaded using a third
party file transfer site);

we will then
allocate to a typist;
-
the work is turned
around and checked; and
-
you receive the file
(via email) within 24 hours.
The above work solution
is based on digital files, but we do take mini and micro cassettes
as well. If you live local to Sutton, Surrey then we offer a
free pick up and drop off service on a regular basis.
