Using the redirect service provided by your telecommunication's company, calls are diverted to experienced receptionists and answered in company name.

 

When outsourcing this necessary function, you can be assured that your clients are being dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, just as you would treat your clients.  In addition, your clients won't know that you are outsourcing this function as we aim to operate as an extension of your business. 

 

Each receptionist is given information about your company so they can effectively deal with callers, we can either take messages or transfer to a nominated telephone/mobile number.
